Through hands on partnership we’ll explore your people and transformation goals and define a strategy to help you achieve them.

Implement
Regardless of whether it’s a small change in process, a new initiative to be embedded, or a complex transformation programme, sometimes you need an extra pair of hands to turn your concept into reality and deliver high-impact results, fast.
Our Founder and Principle Consultant - Jennifer Speakman - will partner with you directly, either as a temporary extension of your people or transformation team, or to deliver more specialised elements. We also have large network of Project and Change Management Consultants who can join to provide additional support during peak times.
Train
Our training programs are designed to empower individuals, project teams, and leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to drive effective change within your organisation. We offer two core training modules tailored to your specific needs: Change Management, and Leading Change.
These programs combine foundational principles of change management with tailored content to meet your unique challenges. Each session is customised to the audience and organisation, incorporating practical, real-world examples directly into the training. This ensures participants can immediately apply what they learn to their roles, making a tangible impact on your change initiatives.

This program is ideal for project teams or individuals responsible for defining and executing how a change will be rolled out to the organisation. Participants will gain practical tools, strategies, and insights to design and manage successful change initiatives.

Designed for organizational leaders, this training focuses on helping leaders understand their critical role in championing and guiding change. It equips them with the skills to inspire and influence others while driving transformation effectively.
Content Creation
Effectively organising, developing, and communicating your ideas is one of the most time consuming - yet critical - parts of any change.
It also happens to be one of our favourite things.
Whether it be training material, an animated video, stakeholder presentations or a SharePoint site, we can support you in creating rich, visual content that informs, engages, and enables.
